What Is Parent Coaching?

Structured, skills-based sessions designed to equip caregivers with practical strategies to support children and young adults with ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, autism, and learning challenges. We combine science with empathy—so families feel capable, heard, and hopeful.

  • Telehealth sessions (45–60 minutes), weekly or biweekly
  • Personalized action plans & take-home handouts after each session
  • Optional coordination with schools, therapists, or pediatricians

Billing: Cash-pay. Superbills available upon request.
