Marie is a triple board-certified nurse practitioner with 20+ years of clinical experience spanning child & adolescent psychiatry, pediatrics, sleep, and neurodevelopment. Her practice blends evidence-based medicine with cultural humility and family partnership.
As founder of SHIELD Psychiatry, she delivers concierge telepsychiatry for ages 5–25: comprehensive evaluations, QbCheck™ ADHD testing, autism support, CBT & CBT-I, medication management, and parent coaching—always tailored to the child, the family, and the moment.
A proud Haitian-American and advocate for mental-health equity, Marie collaborates with schools, pediatricians, and community partners to expand access, reduce stigma, and help young people thrive—academically, socially, and spiritually.
